Here, when I get a chance, I will explain how to glass Foam Core Wings. You can sheet them or just glass the foam. Basically I use two systems.

1. Everyones else's way, which is the two part epoxy over the Glass Cloth.

2. The Rich Fong way of using CA glue to perform the glassing ONLY on shetted wings (of course, you knew that CA will eat foam right?).

Anyway, the Epoxy I use is ZPOZY by a company called ZAP. I heat the two part epoxy a little before mixing and then start spreading it aournd thin. Sometimes, depending on the loads I will put on that plane, I will even add alcohol to further thin out the epoxy. (you want the strengh of the cloth and not the weight of the epoxy) You can use a Vacum bag to perform this step, but I don't have one of those to show/compare for you. Many people swear that vacumm bagged wings are a lot stronger than normal wings. Some people blot out the epoxy with toilet paper to remove any high spot but basically TEST the method you want to use and go with it.
