Scale Door Openers, now those where a process all by itself..
First He made a set made out of wood.
He made a wood box and then filled it with rubber.
Brakes the box out and then you have the rubber peice with the wood parts still in side.
Parts removed from the rubber.
He then mixed some resin and pours it into the rubber to make the partst.
Then pulls out the new part.
Once all the flashing has been remove the part is starting to look great.
Here is the final product installed ont he plane. One piece was the handles, the other three where the antenas on the bttom part of the nose of the plane.
