The First Annual Tucson Electric Aircraft Meet in Tucson Arizona. Open all classes of Electric Powered Planes. To be held Nov 3-5 at the Tucson International Model Plex (TIMPA) field. AMA rules apply and AMA license required (available at the event if you are not a current member).

Come and Enjoy one of the Best if not the Best field in the West Coast. Here are some pictures to show off our location.

This is a close up fron the fron of the flight line. You can see the Pilot Station and the Pad on the right that will be used to Hand Launch.

BELOW ARE INTRUCTIONS IF YOU ARE IN TUCSON:

From the Northwest: Take Ina Rd west from I-10, left on Wade Rd, right on Picture Rocks, left on Sandario Rd, right on Manville Rd, left on Reservation Rd (dirt) 2 miles to TIMPA gate

From midtown: Take Speedway west from I-10 through Gates Pass, right on Kinney Rd, continue west on Mile Wide Road (at Sahuaro National Monument entrance), continue past Sandario Rd and turn right on Reservation Rd. (dirt) to TIMPA gate (on the east side of Reservation Rd)

Longitude: 111.27386° West
